Error on document creation

Hi community!

From time to time we have error on document creation.

Usually it is reproduced by following steps:

1) Open Documents

2) Click "New" button. New form is opened.

3) Click "Cancel" button. I am redirected to the list of documents.

4) Click "New" button. Nothing happens.

5) Click "New" button. Screen is frozen and we have following error in console:

SectionModuleV2_DocumentSectionV2_CardModuleV2_chain00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 cannot be rendered to container centerPanel as the chain is already used in container undefined. Module SectionModuleV2_DocumentSectionV2_CardModuleV2_chain00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 will be rendered to container undefined

Could you please explain it to me. What causes this error?
