I am having an issue where the email template is not aligned to the left. I originally solved this by increasing the width to the max, but this solution doesn't work depending on screen size/email client.
Any help appreciated.

Unfortunately, the option to change the email template's alignment has been removed from the new email template designer.
We have already registered the corresponding problem for our R&D team to review the implementation of this functionality for the templates created and they have accepted it.
However, there is no information yet on when exactly this functionality will be re-added into Creatio.
As for the workarounds, the only one which is available as for now is the one that you have described in your question.
