Disabling or Hiding the "Complete" Button in Next Steps on Account Page

Hello,

I need some assistance with the Next Steps functionality in the Account page. Right now, when I hover over a task in the Next Steps section, I can see the Complete button, and I would like to hide or disable this button.

My goal is to force users to open the task page before they can complete the task. How can I either remove the Complete button from appearing on hover or disable it so that users are prompted to open the task record before completing it?

If anyone has faced this issue or knows how to configure this, I would appreciate your help.
