Can I add new sections to the customer portal?
If yes do I need to use Customer Portal licenses or Self-Service Portal Licences?

Hello,
You can add new section using workplace setup. You can find more on our Academy: https://academy.bpmonline.com/documents/portal/7-14/how-set-sections-portal#XREF_56168. Customer portal licenses are required for using those sections.
