Community website issues: unable to send emails and unable to add images

There seems to be an issue with the community website. When a comment is posted, there is a message that displays that it is unable to send emails. See https://share.customerfx.com/ApuxZ7Wd

Also, I am unable to add any images. No error is displayed when you add an image, no errors in the console, just nothing happens. See https://share.customerfx.com/NQuxy2Gz
