Community of users inside CRM application

The BPMonline 7.0 interface is great. It does look nice and clean like social networks and it is really easier to work with the application. Why not to extend this idea and create some kind of user community inside the CRM app? This would be a real time saver for everyone as it would give an opportunity to share thoughts and get necessary information directly from colleagues. Simple knowledge sharing eventually will become a knowledge database where new users will be able to find answers to the most important issues.

I think this is a great idea. Such community might be a part of crowdsourcing strategy.

Yeah. If to add tags and search features, users would be able to find what they need in a matter of seconds. Regardless of whether it is technical question or general discussion.

I also think that is a great idea, especially for a knowledge base kind of functionality where users can communicate to each other on specific processes or procedures, that would be a great addition.
