Hello Creatio Community. I am learning my way around the platform as far as setting up campaigns in the campaign builder. Question, what would be the best way to setup a campaign and filters to pull in your audience based on these criteria:
1) Date of Birth in the past 16 years
2) Customer Acquired Yesterday
Another area that I am confused in is whether to add this to the triggered add audience icon, or the flow. Thanks in advance for any help provided.

There are actually many ways to add an audience to a campaign, but one good solution for you is to create a triggered add to campaign (if you want to add an audience automatically). Here's an example: https://i.imgur.com/dynBd4L.png
If you want to launch a campaign after creating some other object (for example, a lead), you can also select it in the trigger element instead of a contact and choose the necessary filters based on the parameters you filled in in this object.
If you want to add an audience only once, you can create a folder with the necessary filters and save it: https://i.imgur.com/Wrb0zKo.png. Then, in the campaign, use the "Add audience" element to add the audience from the folder one time.
Hi Anton, I am aware how to apply the triggered add that you indicated in the first image example. The question here is the birthdate filter. Is there a way to set this up to pull an audience member whose birthdate was in the past 16 years, and not so much an exact calendar date?
