Hi everyone i am using Creatio 8.2.2, right now i am trying to make a button be able to download an excel file when pressed, 
so when i press a Tanah/Bangunan then it will download a specific custom excel file, how do i do this while utilizing a business process? i tried using Excel Report Builder while though it works on the windows it doesn't work as well on linux

Please note that there is no way to setup an automatic download and sending of an excel file in the system with the help of basic user tools.
However, as a workaround, you can set up a printable to include the same data that the needed dashboard does by this article. Then, create a business process and use the "Process File" element to automatically download the file with the needed list.
