Why do not the emails I have sent from BPMonline CRM show up in my MS Outlook Sent folder?

During every synchronization the following happens:
- All changes made to the BPMonline contacts, tasks and appointments that meet the specified filter conditions will appear in MS Outlook.
- All changes made to the MS Outlook contacts, emails, tasks and appointments that are connected with BPMonline will appear in BPMonline.
- The information on the [Notes] and [Access Rights] details as well as data in the connected lookups will be updated.
Emails are being transferred only from MS Outlook to BPMonline CRM.

So than why would I need to have sending emails function in BPMonline CRM?

Kevin, another great feature with BPMonline's e-mail functionality is the mass mailing tool.
