The outcome of this is that in Creatio the details window would open for that inbound caller, so that the receiver of the call is able to click on that callers details quickly.

The functionality similar to the one you have mentioned in your comment is implemented in our system.
Once the telephony is configured users will be able to see the details and information about caller's contact in their CTI panel on the right side of the screen in case if information about the contact having this number added is filled in the system.
As for the 3CX connector, the development process on it is yet to be started and there is no information on approximate time-frames when it will be available.
However, there is possibility that this connector can be created by one of our partners as a marketplace application.
