Is there a way to automatically change the DCM?
For example, I have 2 DCM cases. Let's say that I'm on Opportunity section and I am on Case 1. If a condition is met, could the DCM automatically change to Case 2? Without having to select the button shown in the next picture:

Hello,
Unfortunately, there is no such functionality to change the case automatically, you can do it only by using the button ''Change case".
This can be done through development, but unfortunately, we do not have examples of how to implement it.
We have registered a request for such functionality in future releases.
