Addresses detail content in bpm’online

I had a question regarding the content of the addresses in the system. There are some small cities and townships where our company does business that do not appear in the “City” field when entering information. I have found a good answer for this question and I would like to share it with you.

Addresses tab is a detail that contains some lookup values such as Country, State, and City. Each of these three fields has a lookup value in the “Lookups” section. So you need to go to the System designer -> Lookups -> Search for the lookup you need e.g. City, Country and add new values to that lookup.

You can use Filter to search for the lookup you need. 

After you find the needed lookup, in our case “Cities”, open it and you will be able to add new cities to the existing list.

If you have a long list of cities that you would like to be displayed in the system, you can import them instead of adding them one by one.
