How can I achieve sending an email every time a new system user is created?

While importing passwords via Excel for system users, they are stored in encrypted form, rendering them unreadable. Consequently, even if we mark "reset password" as true, how can we send the temporary password to the user via email for password reset?

Hello,
Unfortunately, we are unable to implement the process of sending an email when a user is just created, as you won't be able to send an email with a password.
For security reasons, passwords are encrypted, and there is no capability to decrypt them for security purposes.
