How to use or setup emulator file for mobile application configuration and coding.

If the start_webkit_emulator file opened it is showing as above but if I give chrome path also it throwing error as below.

Dear Akshaya,
To use the emulator download Chrome portable and put it in the folder C:\ChromePortable. The system tries to start Chrome portable but cannot find it.
