Approver insert issue

Hi , 

 

I have created a business process where I am unable to insert approver which is selected from a page. 

 

I am getting below error 

 

Terrasoft.Common.DbOperationException: The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "FK69MU8PJsWRciZaDGfyTHUyG70". The conflict occurred in database "017824-studio", table "dbo.SysAdminUnit", column 'Id'.

The statement has been terminated. ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "FK69MU8PJsWRciZaDGfyTHUyG70". The conflict occurred in database "017824-studio", table "dbo.SysAdminUnit", column 'Id'.

The statement has been terminated.

Dear Shailey, 

The issue occurs because the Data source of your approver is Contact instead of System administration object (https://prnt.sc/ocb56m).

Thanks Dennis , This error is repeating for System admin object as well.

Shailey,

Please double check that you've saved changes after changing the Data source to System administration object. If the changes were saved and the issue still occurs please write to support@bpmonline.com as this issue would need to be investigated directly on your site.
