Dear Marcela,
To transfer the changes you described, you need to bind the data on the 'Data' tab in the Configuration. For example, if you change the location of the columns in the database, a new record is created in the 'SysProfileData' table. So you need create a binding in the Configuration, on the Data tab.
Then within it specify the title of the object SysProfileData, specify the type of installation, configure the record filter so that on the right side of the window, by pressing the 'Show data' button, only the necessary records are displayed.
You need to specify in the filter the condition for the Key field (the Key column in the SysProfileData table). The data will be bound to the package and the settings will be correctly transferred.
