We often get questions on the purpose of Web Forms functionality of BPMonline CRM and how it can be enabled.
You can use external web forms to automate lead registration in the system. As a result of filling in a web form on your website, BPMonline CRM will automatically create a lead that will contain data entered in the web form.
To manage web forms you should have access to ‘Manage Web Forms for External Resources’ system operation. Once you’ve got this access you will have ‘Web Form Setup’ option available in the Settings button menu on the Home page as well as in the Actions menu of the Leads Section.
Your next steps would be to select list of fields to be included into web form and set their default values (if necessary). Based on this, BPMonline CRM will generate the HTML code of the web form. To obtain the code, select the ‘Web Form Code’ command in the Actions menu of the web form registration page. Copy and paste this code into your website page and you’re ready to go!
