Here are the new features included in bpm’online studio free:
REGISTRATION AND PROFILE
- The “Manage Account” button has migrated to a separate menu in the upper right-hand corner.
- Now, you can invite existing users to your account.
- If you are a member of two or more accounts, you can switch between them using the menu in the upper right-hand corner. The list of available processes changes depending on the selected account.
- You can now re-send a registration or a password recovery email.

PROCESS DESIGNER
- The process / element setup area will remain open while working with a process diagram. The area displays the properties of the currently selected element.
- You will receive a notification if your Internet connection is interrupted or if there is an error while saving the process.
- Fixed an issue when the process / element description did not save properly.
- Fixed an issue that occurred while copying pools or lanes to other processes. Previously, their header did not paste properly.
IMPORT AND EXPORT
- Fixed an issue that occurred while importing or exporting processes in the *.bpmn format.
PERFORMANCE
- Faster login and improved “app.bpmonline.com” website stability.
