We are aware that the Customer portal licensed users can access the mobile app with 4 custom section but we need to understand if users with Partner Portal license can also access the mobile app which has 4 custom section and perform approval/other activity?
We have checked the information with the Mobile R&D team. Unfortunately, there is no possibility to open a portal for mobile application users at the moment.
We have already assigned your case to the current R&D project to increase its priority.
Just to re-confirm, only users with Customer portal license can login to mobile app and view it but users with Partner Portal license cant login to mobile app at all.
Sorry for the miscommunication. Actually, any type of portal user (license) should be able to use the mobile application. Please contact the Creatio support team via support@creatio.com if you have any issues with the login.
