Hello everyone! Has anyone ever come across this issue when trying to open a case in configuration ?
I checked for the dcm setting record for this sys schema uid and it existed in the database. Also any information about how dcm setting work would be great Thank you!
Just found a quick solution. By opening the case from the page rather than from configuration it works. After that i could open it from configuration as well
