Hi Team,
We have done the configuration like fields, details and tabs adding in a source (dev) environment and the changes are move to destination(QA) environment through SVN by committing the changes where both are on-premises applications.
Now the Tabs which are created in source of contact section is not appearing in the destination. Please provide your inputs to make the Tab visible in destination by performing some actions or any data binding if required.

As far as I can't see the particular situation, I could suggest with some tips you may check:
First of all please make sure that these Tabs are visible in your dev environment.
Double check the Section Wizard of Contacts section to see if these fields are visible and you display them on the page.
Also please check the Contact object permission, some users could not have access to read records or columns.
One more thing, please look into Business rules, you can also set up the visibility of fields and tabs. Here is a guide:

However, please make sure you've made the correct transfer and all data were transferred from the SVN side. For that you may also check some useful guides:

And the last but not at least, if all the steps above are checked, I would recommend you to generate the source code and re-compile the application, to which all these data were transferred.
