Setting access rights of users for detail of a section

Hi community

Create a Section - Student and a Detail - Addresses and attach the detail with section. Create two Roles CSE and ME and then create 1 user with CSE role and 1 user with ME role. User of ME Role can only read the address detail of the Student record created by User of CSE Role and vice-versa is also true. If User of ME role tries to delete, edit or add a record in address detail of Student record created by User of CSE role then should always get Notification "Insufficient Rights to perform this operation" and vice-versa is also true.(NOTE : This notification is accepted in both ways custom or system notification)
