Rules specified in the process vs rules specified in Organizational roles
Hi community!
Using no code low code tools we have created a new customized case.
Also we have created a process that at each case stage issues access rights (read/edit/delete) to users in accordance with the specified rules.
The problem is that structure specified in Organizational roles affects case and users which are not supposed to access (read/edit) case are able to do it.
Any suggestions how to restrict access to the case so only users specified in the process can access it?

Hello Jana,
If I understood your problem correctly, in the organizational structure, managers of a group inherit all the access rights of other users in this group. This is how the application logic is set up and it cannot be changed.
My suggestion would be to revise the organizational structure and see if the access really needs to be granted only to specific users.
Best regards,
Max.
Hello Max,
Thanks for your reply. Yes, you got it correctly main problem is that managers of a group inherit all the access rights of other users in this group. Will have a look and think what I can do. But I don't think it could help. Because at some case stages only specific roles can make changes. But as managers inherit all the access rights they can make changes almost at any stage. It breaks all rules specified in the process
