Hi, how can I change the start from which the resolution time is calculated?
Now its calculated from the case creation date/time. I would like to use another dathe/time field in the case section.

Hello Alfredo,
The easiest way to achieve your business task is to use a process that will modify "Resolution time" field based on the value of another field. Here is a screenshot of this process created on my side http://prntscr.com/ptu16g. Please note that this process should be modified based on different case categories or types. You need to modify both start signals and modify the amount of days in formula based on your business target.
