Refresh Section Record Page

Is there any way to reload the section record page once the triggered business process ends?

I am trying to update a field value by utilizing a custom action button which triggers a business process but the page is not reloading, in other words the changes are not instantly available unless the record is opened or page is manually refreshed.

I have already utilized the refresh active page element available through the marketplace app and this.reloadEntity() in the code.
