How can i setup duplication rules for contact search in communication panel Omnichat tab ?
The case is that fb messenger did not sending attribute email related to sender profile so we have to change this duplication rules to fb profile name.

Hi Marcin,
The duplicate rules in this tab are the same duplicate rules you set up for deduplication.
You can find it in the system designer -> Setup duplicates rules
