Not able to open the downloaded files from the attachment section
Hello community,
I have one vendor registration section and one vendor section. I am using business process to transfer the files from the vendor registration section to vendor section. Using business process am able to attach those files but when am downloading them files are not opening in my system and file size is 0.

The functionality of copying files using business processes was implemented with Creatio version 7.17.2:
The "Process file" element was implemented, which allows users to read/copy files located on the Attachments detail. More information on this can be found here:

We can see from your screenshots (they were deleted for security reasons) that you have an older version, hence, this functionality is unfortunately not available in your instance.
