Hello, Is there a field or is it possible to change any field and allow multiple selections. For example a look up field that allows the user to select multiple values from the lookup list.

Poly, would making a detail also work for the application you'd want to use the field for? With the detail you'd be able to house multiple selection for that one record!

Using a detail would be the simplest solution that doesn't require the additional development in this case indeed.
There is a workaround that needs some development skills as well, though. You can find the examples of the code that should be used in the topic here - https://community.bpmonline.com/questions/multiselect-lookup.
