We have a cloud instance where we have configured an Exchange listener. It was working well until recently when we began facing the error : "Sync error. Mail server is unavailable. Trying to reconnect..."
Re adding the mailserver also did not work. I am attaching a screen shot of the diagnostics we ran for Exchange Listener. Please let us know how to overcome this issue

Based on the provided information we think that the error might be caused by the mail server simply not responding.
Please contact your mail server administrator in order to analyse this issue.
Alternatively, this error could be connected due to the type of connection. For example, you are connecting by using a login and a password, which gives you an option to receive responses from your mailbox.
That is why we recommend connecting mailboxes via application password or by creating an application in Azure AD or Google workplace.

Most of the time this error appears once there are any kind of issues on the server-side of things (even if synchronization was unavailable for 1 second) and it will stay in an error state until you do a successful manual action (like sending an email).
Creatio requires any kind of successful action done in order for a red error message to disappear.
