Emails with images sent from Shared M365 Inboxes systematically copied in draft folder person who registered email

Hi, 

We have a weird issue we do not know how to solve, with shared M365 email in Creatio, a shared email which does not have its own password, there are only assigned users to it. 

Example: sharedemail@example.com

To access this email, you will have user1@example.com and user2@example.com which will access the shared email using their respective user1 and user2 logins.

Thus, when adding sharedemail@example.com as Supervisor in Creatio for example, when on login page SSO page on azure to validate the email, I will log in using user1@example.com for example. 

We noticed a strange behavior, for each email sent from Creatio (through a process for example) with has an image ( image in body or from signature). This specific email will find itself simultaneously : 

1- In the "sent" outlook folder of sharedemail@example.com
2- In the personal "draft" outlook folder of user1@example.com

Issue found with multiple different clients.

Anybody else experiencing this and, if yes, has anybody found a way to fix this ?
