There are no basic tools to modify the intro page itself. However, you can set up the default page that will be showing up upon login for every user. For example, if you select Dashboards in the Home page field in the user's account http://prntscr.com/omrcir this user will see the Dashboards section once logged in - http://prntscr.com/omrd00

In 7.18.0. Creatio release you can set up a homepage for each work place.
