As shown in image dynamics 365 was added in outlook. In the same way can we add creatio in outlook.If so what is the procedure. Can you please suggest me.

Previously we had such a possibility via "Smart Cloud Connector" which allowed adding Creatio activities calendar and emails in Outlook, but there is a problem with this app that should be fixed soon. Once it is available - you can find it in our Marketplace at https://marketplace.creatio.com/. This was the only one way to add Creatio application to Outlook.
