How can I understand if Outlook Connector successfully synchronized my emails with CRM?

When you first set up Outlook Connector, you have to set up frequency for synchronization, as well as other properties. In the same window there is a checkbox that should be checked, if you’d like to get notifications on synchronization running and its results. You can always access this window from your system tray.
Email in BPMonline CRM is a type of Activity, that is why they to be kept in the Activities Section, and Activities details of the connected records of course.

The Attachments are to be saved on the Attachments detail of the specific Email Activity.
