Setup Creatio 8 on Windows 11 but encounter problems

Previously had Creatio 8 working on Windows 10 but I recently changed to a new laptop with Windows 11 and encountered these problems. 

When trying to open up page designer, it sometimes works and sometimes dont work. The same applies when trying to open up Admin Area --> Advanced settings (sometimes load sometimes don't). Restarting IIS does not help.
