I've been wondering for some time how to check how many available objects left in context of limit 300 objects on self-service portal page and what exactly the object is "detail, lookup" or "field" as well.
I assume that after this limit will be exceeded portal will be read only ?

Of course,
You can do this as follows:
Go to Lookup section, find the "List of objects available for portal users directory" lookup (1).
Then you need to click on "View" and enable the Set up Summaries. (2,3)
And now you will able to see number of objects (4.)

Dear Pavlo, is there any way also, to identify which objects refer?, so this lookup just have ID's
