Add Image to MS Word report
Hi, community,
I have created an MS Word report for the "Accounts" section however the Account logo is not displayed when the report is generated even though the logo has been added to my CRM trial. Only the text is displayed; for eg. "Account.png". How can I have the Account logo displayed when the report is generated?

Hello,
First you need to go to the system designer --> "Report setup".
Then, in the "Set up report data" field you need to add the column, which contain image you want.(img1/2) After that, it will be displayed in the MS Word plugin.

Hi Pavlo, The report has already been created and I added the Account logo column. The issue is that the image is not displayed when the MS Word file has been downloaded. Only text is displayed. I attached a screenshot of the file and highlighted the text in red.

Currently, the only way to add a logo to the reports is to add it as a picture to the template.
The cause of it was the fact that you tried to display the image in the table without pointing to the image column itself. You can check the current printable template which works fine and use it as an example:
