We want to make a special field available and required when a case is submitted thru a dedicated group of users from a special account.
Can you confirm if the case section used is the same for both "classic" and portal users ?
If not, please help.

Dear Eric,
You can set up the same logic for the Portal Case Page (separate page schema). To do so you need to go to the Cases section, open Section Wizard and change the ID at the end of the URL to '302a835d-fb19-4335-a9a4-ef9cd7df6006'. The Section Wizard for the portal case page will be opened automatically and you'll be able to adjust the fields there.
