I wrote a .cs script in one of my business processes for testing purposes. That introduced compilation error for my package. Now I have deleted the process but the compilation errors wont go away. How do I fix this?

Hello,

Please provide a screenshot of the compilation errors.

Dear mates,

We're having display issues with the timelines in the accounts and contacts sections, apparently related to JavaScript errors.
I tried deleting and restoring the timelines on the section pages, but the JavaScript error reappears.
Here's the errors:

1-Error decoding value from JSON string
2-Cannot read properties of null

Freedom timeline errors

Every time we click on an object in the timeline this error appears and the objects in the selector are not selected.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem?

Thank you !
Nicolas

Hello!

Try to change the language of the user to English, recompile the system. Then switch back to French and try to reproduce the error.

Have a nice day!

Hi,

The behavior seems a bit odd, and I wasn’t able to reproduce it. I recommend trying the following steps:

  1. Add the "Errors of multi deleting" lookup and check the logs from the moment you attempted the deletion. Most likely, there’s a foreign key constraint error in the database. Check which table the record is referencing.

There may be a case where the object was deleted from the system, but a reference to the record remained in the DB. In such a case, you’ll need to either manually delete the related record from the referencing table or nullify the relationship.

  2. Another possible scenario is that the related object was deleted, but the source code generation was not performed. As a result, the system is trying to resolve a link to a deleted object. To analyze this, open the Network tab in Developer Tools before clicking the "View details" button and check if there are any errors in the requests — especially the "GetDependentEntities" request.

In any case, it's best to start with the "Errors of multi deleting" logs and then proceed with analysis based on the result — checking whether the issue lies in a constraint, which object it refers to, whether it still exists, and whether it’s a system object, etc.

Hope this helps!

If these steps don’t help identify the root cause, please contact our support team at support@creatio.com.

Hello @Pavlo Sokil,

Got it, Let me try this,

Thank you !!

Hi all,

I get the same errors every evening at 23:00: "Account not found with IdentityId ''". and: "Client token request was raised an error.". It seems to have something to do with the mailbox, which is functioning properly. Anyone an idea?

Hello!

The system message you are encountering is related to the out-of-the-box process “Lead Generation: Consistency Check.” This message occurs when the system cannot connect to the service to verify that all leads have been successfully entered.

You can disregard this message if you are not utilizing the Lead Generation functionality. The process executes even if the integration with services like Facebook or LinkedIn has not been configured.

If you prefer not to receive these messages, you can deactivate the “Lead Generation: Consistency Check” process in the process library.

Thank you for choosing Creatio!

Alina Yakovlieva,

Thanks. Will try!

Hello,

I'm trying to create a rest service using the AFT Repository (2.0.2.4) and everything works as expected until I save the context when I get the error below.

What I am missing?

Thanks,

Hello Jose,

As Kyryl proposed in https://github.com/Advance-Technologies-Foundation/clio/issues/318 please raise an issue in https://github.com/Advance-Technologies-Foundation/repository. The question will be solved there.

Oleg Drobina,

Thanks Oleg, I already posted the question here Issues · Advance-Technologies-Foundation/repository (github.com)

Hello,

I am trying running into a problem in my instance where I'm encountering a problem when I publish and compile where I receive a message saying that "One or more errors occurred. Sequence contains more than one matching element"

I am unclear as to what this message could be referring to. There error is unclear and I'm unsure as to how to proceed without more information. Has anybody encountered this problem before?

If it's a compilation error, maybe there is more details in the Compilation errors? In the lookups section, add the "Compilation errors" object to view the contents.

Ryan

Hello Kevin

In my case, the problem was caused by a duplicate lookup object: deleting the duplicate solved the problem.

Hello!

I'm trying to make an integration with a digital signature call "Firmamex" and I trying to use the code that they provide in their SDK in a business process but i have error messages that dont let me publish the script task.

This are the errors

And this is the source code of the process. I already try to put a return true; at the end of the script task but stills send me the error.

I hope you can help me.

Hello Laura,
Thank you for your question.

I have some updates regarding you issue.

First of all, indeed the generated code contains errors in lines 88 and 92 due to #endregion directives are being set in the wrong place.
1

Secondly, if you have a script task in your business process you might want to return a bool value inside it because the body of the script task if actually a body of a generated method (in your case ScriptTask1Execute).

Thirdly, it is impossible from my side to verify implementation of third-party code so i am unable to state that the code you provided will work.

Lastly, if you have multiple versions of your business process that contain compilation errors, it is recommended to either correct them in all versions or delete them in the Configuration section of your application.

Hello Yevhenii Grytsiuk,

After the comments you left me, I have made some changes.

I have tried to place a return bool but every time I place it I get another error, so I have omitted it in order to be able to test if the script works.
However, despite my attempts I still cannot remove this error "Type or namespace definition, or end-of-file expected"
It doesn't allow me to move the #endregion around, and even if I move the brackets it leaves it the same. In fact, that part is placed automatically when publishing the script, so I don't know how to move it so that I can stop having the error.
If you have any idea on how to move it to remove the error, I would greatly appreciate it if you shared it with me.

It looks like there are some duplication in localization, but it is hard to define the source of error.

Hello,

Thank you for your question. According to the error code, you can see that the error occurs when preparing loaded resources (PrepareLoadedResources).

However, this error can occur in many different cases. Most likely, there are duplicate values in the DB tables.

The best solution would be to open a ticket with the Creatio support team so that we can analyze the issue in detail based on reproducing the error and analyzing the application logs.

Thank you.
