Is this add-on no longer available, no longer functioning? We used this add-on from the marketplace called "SmartCloud Connect for bpm'online" for the last few years. It was free and it was great as it functioned to send 1 specific email to Creatio from a user's outlook mailbox instead of syncing all emails. Now we started seeing this error just this week:

 

I see there are 2 other outlook add-ons that are paid subscriptions, does anyone use those and enjoy them?

 

Our concerns with syncing all emails using Creatio's standard email sync feature is that unwanted emails will get synced and be visible to other users, for example a manager discussing pay or status of an employee in an email and other users seeing that once it syncs to Creatio. Is Creatio working on any enhancements so using their standard outlook sync service so that users can have more specific control on which emails they sync?

This add-on was removed from Creatio Marketplace since it is no longer supported by the developer.

What are the two new Outlook add-ons? Just to confirm, are you referring to the Kewl Outlook Connector and bglobal Outlook add-on?

There is a difference between incoming and outgoing emails in the Communication Panel

But my question is if there is a parameter which separates these E-mails on the Activity object?

I can't seem to find a parameter for this.

Calls has the Direction parameter.

Activities lack this parameter

Should there be one?

This option is available. If you are talking about business process, you should use Message type lookup to select the required parameter http://prntscr.com/pbnhhm This column can also be found in the activity object http://prntscr.com/pbni9r 

Note, if you try to build the filter in the section based on this column - you will not see any activities with the Email type due to the application logic. http://prntscr.com/pbnio9

We're using the Outlook Add-in, "Smartcloud Connect for bpm'online" and if you go to Settings > Customization, you should be able to add other objects to be available in the add-in. When I try to go there however, the page will not load. This is all I see:

I've tried this with Chrome, IE, Edge, always the same issue. It has actually worked on another user's Mac, yet they are the only one with a mac and everyone else like me has PCs. 

I believe this is a third party developed app, so I understand bpm may not support this. But has anyone else ran into this same issue or have any ideas how to get past the error?

Hi!

I try to connect with my Office365 account. But after I set the email address and entered the password, I receive a message that one of the settings are unvalid. But they are properly set.

 

More I´ve tried to use the Outlook connector from the marketplace, https://marketplace.bpmonline.com/app/smartcloud-connect-bpmonline, but here I receive everytime an error message. For this I have a ticket at the support team open. Has someone else got this problem?

I am wondering about the different kinds of items available in the Outlook calendar.

Calendar item types in Outlook: Appointment, E-mail, Meeting, Contact, Task/Todo.

When my Process is creating tasks in bpm'online and it syncronizes to Outlook. The Outlook item are always of the Appointment -type.

Type in bpm'online:                   Type in Outlook (after synched):

Call                                                 Appointment

Meeting                                         Appointment

Paper Work                                  Appointment

Meeting                                         Appointment

Is there a way to make Meetings, Appointments, Todos Activities in bpm'online, synchronize as their respective types in Outlook?

If anyone is successfully using the SmartCloud Outlook Connector add-in, can you tell me if and what any security settings may be required from within bpm'online to facilitate a successful connection?  I have successfully installed the plug-in into Outlook and I'm able to open a message and launch the add-in, which brings me to a login screen for bpm'online.  I type my username, password and instance URL (have double, triple, quadruple tested it), but as soon as I hit the "Sign in to my BPM'Online account", it returns a "NotAuthorized" error.

I suspect that perhaps I need to add "Access to object from external sources" permissions -- but if so, to what objects?
