Question about Bulk emails

Hi!

We purchased bpm'online marketing product but faced with the message 'Insufficient permissions to add record in object "Email" when trying to add new or edit old email. (I also attached screenshot).

Why could it be and what configuration do we need to conduct?

Dear Madlyn,

Such message could appear for several reasons.

1) Check whether licenses 'marketing active contacts' and 'marketing campaigns' are distributed to needed user (see screenshot http://prntscr.com/drjk8z)

2) Check whether the number of paid 'active contacts' licenses does not exceed used ones. 

An “active contact” is a contact who has at least one communication option of the “Email” type. The number of active contacts is calculated for the period from issuing license up to current date.
