I need assistance on how can I attach or insert a PDF file in the process map when using the “Send Email” element?

Hello,

To attach a file into the business process, you can use the  element “Process file”. This element allows you to retrieve a file either from record attachments or from a generated reports.
In the "Process file" element, configure a filter to locate the specific file you want to attach and set the “What to do with the file?” option to “Use in process.”

After that, navigate to your "Send email" element and, under "Add attachments", select Process parameter, choosing the file that was retrieved by the "Process file" element.

This configuration lets you include the desired file in the process and send it as an attachment via the “Send email” element.
