Configuration Objects corrupted in Advanced Settings

I got this below error, when I tried to open advanced settings from BPM online portal

I was working on business process, modified and saved it and returned to configuration settings. I made sure everything was there in my custom package. When I clicked on the export to file and saved the file, after few minutes (loading), I got the same error. I refreshed the page, I was not able to see any of the files that I was working on. I also tried on the restore options but that failed too.

Is there any other way, that I could recover all those missing files? If so, please guide me how to do so.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to see the exception message. Please upload it to a file storage and post the link.

Regarding the question. it's hard to say what happened. However, for the further development I recommend to deploy a local instance, use SVN and create backups. This way you'll not loos the changes.

Additionally, I recommend transferring changes between instances via packages import/export instead of transferring schemes.
