I've noticed there is a new feature "Audit log". How does it work?

To monitor operations connected with changing and using access rights in the system, the system operation audit log is used. The log saves the history of operations connected with the user and role management, access rights distribution, as well as operations connected with beginning and finishing working with the system.
To view the log, the user must have the right to perform the [View "Audit Log" Section] system operation.
