Could you please check whether the archive with the binaries was extracted correctly? In some cases, the issue may be caused by an incomplete or corrupted extraction. If possible, please try unpacking the archive using a different method and ensure that all files are present and intact.

It would also be helpful to verify whether the file Terrasoft.WebApp.Loader exists in the /bin folder. If this file is missing, the problem is very likely related to the binaries themselves, and we would recommend requesting a correct package from Support.

Regarding permissions, adding the Everyone group is not the best approach. Instead, please grant access to the folder — including all subfolders and files — specifically to the user account under which the application is running.
