Extra space appearing in the header section of the contact page

Hello,
I’ve noticed an issue on the contact page: there’s an unusually large empty space in the header area (see the area marked with the red arrow in the attached screenshot).
This issue occurs for only one user, and when they refresh the page several times, it happens that the problem disappears.
Could you please tell me why this empty space might occur?

The issue could appear if the container does not contain a parent on the page.
To check, please open the browser console and find this element in the "Elements" tab. There, search for the code of the panel and check the properties.
