Hi! We have not contacted you for a long time. But now we have to. Due to hostilities, our network and server suffered. We are now using the IP address 11.208.xxx.xx instead of 11.208.xxx.xx, which was before. We changed this address in "File\Settings\System settings" and in "Webitel\Users\Server configuration", ordered licenses from terrasoft again, deleted the cache and file of the webitel in ITS, made a library registration. But the website does not work. We would be very grateful if you could tell us how to solve the problem.
