Has anyone been able to use integration SaaS solutions such as Zapier or MuleSoft with bmp'online? I realize the bmp'online is RESTful and may require some additional effort. I am mostly focused on a one-way sync to create leads. Hoping to find a way to hit the DataServices side of bmp'online.
We already have the suggestion to add the out-of-the-box integration with the services registered and passed to the appropriate team. It will be taken into consideration for the further releases.
At the moment the integration can be created via OData/DataService in case the mentioned services have the open API.
Is possible to extend bpm'online to add the possibility to send Whatsapp messages to a Contact phone from bpm'online for example adding a boton or actiion from Contact view or event create a Task to use into workflows?

Also, if possible to capture (in the same way that is captured a incoming call or an incoming email) an incoming SMS or Whatsapp message sended to a phone associated to the logged user?
Could be possible in that cases, to show an alert into the notification panel?
Do you plan to develop a full BPMOnline 7.x integration with FaceBook (and LinkedIn too)? That is, the ability to fill the card data from social networks (and photo- this is the usual service in many applications), but it would be interesting to have possibility to get leads of the users that provide our posts with 'Likes', integrate sending and receiving messages on social networks, detect activity (Like, comments posts on the page), etc.
Maybe one of the partners is working on this matter?
Yes, this functionality is planned to be developed in the 'bpm'online marketing' product. Functionality will be announced in the future press releases. Stay tuned for the updates.
Whats about this integration? is there any kind of integration to control/measure the efectiveness of Linkedin campaigns or the ability to publish directly from bpm'onlin on Linkedin and have metrics about the results?
