Unfortunately, it is not possible to filter the order of sections in the mobile app, but we have already registered the following suggestion for our R&D team and they will consider adding the following functionality in the upcoming releases.
Actually I fixed the order of the 3 first sections in manifest file but the 2 last sections were not fixed even when i did the same things that i did in the other sections i don't know why !
