I have to integrate Freshcaller application into Creatio for embedding features like calling, call logging, and contextual agent info directly inside Creatio.
Could you please help me out How can I achieve this?
I got a response from Freshcaller Customer Supports that 'Freshcaller doesn’t support the TAPI protocol, which is mainly used by desktop-based phone systems. Freshcaller is a cloud-based VoIP platform and hence integration via TAPI with Creatio will not be possible.'
I just want to confirm is there any other solution to embed Freshcaller in Creatio?
