How to integrate CTI for local development

Hi,

I am trying to integrate CTI (Webitel) functionality in both local and cloud environment. I am getting "Phone server connection is unavailable. Please ensure that connection parameters are set up and that the server is online." error.

Could you please guide steps to integrate for this, If you can tell some insight how to achieve that will be help us.

Currently, the Webitel Collaboration telephony is temporary unavailable. However, you can approach our support team via support@creatio.com that will help you with setting up Webitel Call Manager for internal calls. The only requirement - your website has to be available not only for your local users but for external access as well.
